Nope, you got it all wrong. The problem is the stupidly low fee of starting a corporation. You want to start a corp in high sec then it should cost you enough to actually care about its future. You should worry about "what it will take to survive" in high sec. Right now any Tom, Richard, or Harry can start a corp with not a whole lot of skill points and a small amount of isk. Then they proceed to go through systems shouting in local how their corp is the greatest corp in Eve.
You want to be stupid and flaunt your isk or talk like an asswipe in local you need to be prepared for what happens. You want to join an alliance with that industrial corp and two days later have that alliance war dec someone you best be prepared for the consequences of getting your ass shot up because the alliance leader was an idiot. And just because you leave an alliance does not mean that the war dec wont follow you. You are now on someones radar.
People need to understand something about this game. There are consequences to your stupidity that you display in game and on the fourms. One of those consequences is a war dec.
Welcome to Eve. If you can handle it then I welcome you with open arms. If you can't handle it then get the heck out of my house and never come back. And I don't want your stuff cause my stuff is better.

I like the war dec system the way it is. If some one day old character in a one day old corp besmirches my epeen-honor in local I want the satisfaction of grinding his corp to dust. You know, show em some manners. Then maybe next time they wont open their mouth in local.
You want to smart mouth somebody in local then be prepared to have a command ship shoved so far up your rear you will be coughing ammo for a week.

Now I'm curious. What is real PvP? I've been wanting to know this for three years now. Is it hitting the F1 through F8 keys on my keyboard after I select this spaceship looking thing on my screen that is flashy red? Or is it something else?
